Lakeside Educational Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor to join our In-School Counselor Program. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students' mental and emotional well-being in the North Penn School District Middle Schools, helping them to identify and manage issues that may be impacting their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address mental and emotional challenges.
• Actively listen to students and ask insightful questions to help them understand their problems.
• Develop and implement strategies to assist students in improving their overall well-being and academic performance.
• Collaborate with school district staff to monitor student progress and facilitate transitions out of counseling services.
• Work with families to provide support and resources as needed.
• Connect students and families with community resources to enhance support systems.
