Key Responsibilities
Execute software version upgrades and new release deployments
Manage and update SLAM-based maps to optimize robot navigation
Track and analyze support requests and system failures for product improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience
Strong understanding of ROS, Python and / or C++, and Linux environments
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to emergencies effectively
