Position Highlights :
- Work-Life Balance : Flexible schedule with a 40-hour workweek, including options for a 4-day week (Thursday evenings and Fridays required)
- Desirable Practice Setting : 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with a supportive, multi-disciplinary behavioral health team
- Ideal Work Environment : Mix of in-person and telehealth therapy for a diverse caseload (individual, couples, family, SUD therapy)
- Culture & Support : Join a collaborative team with 5 office support staff, 3 med management providers, and 11 therapists
