Overview

Associate Attorney – Consumer Advocacy Litigation. This role is for an attorney eager to gain substantial trial experience while working on meaningful consumer rights cases within a collaborative, mission-driven firm.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to prepare and litigate consumer protection matters.
  • Draft motions, discovery requests, and other key legal filings that support client claims.
  • Conduct and defend depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts.
  • Participate in hearings, oral arguments, and case strategy sessions.
  • Support trial preparation and gain hands-on courtroom experience.
  • Engage directly with clients, guiding them through the legal process.

What You Bring

  • Active California Bar license in good standing.
  • 3–6 years of litigation experience, ideally including consumer protection or plaintiff-side matters.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to advancing consumer rights and delivering results.

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range : $150,000 – $165,000 per year (base, DOE).
