Licensed Therapist (LMFT / LCSW / LPCC)

Location : Encino, CA

Schedule : Part-time, Flexible Days / Hours (8–12 hours / week to start)

Pay Rate : $70–$75 / hour

About the Role :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LMFT or LCSW or LPCC to join our outpatient facility in Encino. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed professional looking for a flexible, part-time schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide individual therapy sessions (1 : 1) to clients.
  • Conduct intake assessments for new clients.
  • In the near future, sign off on notes and clinical documentation .
  • Maintain accurate records in our EMR system ( Nevex Health ).

Qualifications :

  • Active California LMFT or LCSW or LPCC license in good standing.
  • Prior experience in outpatient or similar clinical settings.
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Schedule & Hours :

  • Part-time , approximately 6–12 hours per week to start.
  • Flexible scheduling available.
