POSITION HIGHLIGHTS :

• Join our team at Greenfield Family Medicine (GFM) which provides primary care services to patients in the north Pioneer Valley.
• GFM is the resident continuity clinic for our Family Medicine Residency program at UMass Chan-Baystate. Join a team of family physicians with a defined mission to prepare health professionals to care for the underserved, rural population of the area.  Faculty appointment to UMass Chan.
• Enjoy 1 : 1 medical assistant support, nurse triage (days, nights and 1

st

call), onsite lab, behavioral health network integration, and direct access to our large multispecialty group.
