Job Description

The Traveling Superintendent - Southeast Travel Only - Industrial / Retail will be responsible for :

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure subcontractor quality control.
• Coordinate field efforts between trades to meet schedule, budget, and contract requirements.
• Communicate project updates to leadership and attend weekly subcontractor and owner / architect meetings.
• Monitor site safety protocols and enforce compliance.
• Track manpower, deliveries, and maintain daily reports.
• Assist with quality control oversight, document control, and look-ahead scheduling.
• Verify materials, equipment, and installations comply with approved submittals and contract documents.
