Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Residential Construction Foreman to lead and manage residential construction projects from the ground up. This role requires someone who can run a crew independently, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in all phases of residential construction, including remodels, additions, and new builds.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage on-site residential construction crews with little to no supervision

Coordinate and supervise daily work activities including framing, drywall, finishes, exterior work, and more

Interpret and work from blueprints, plans, and specifications

Schedule subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries as needed

Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times

Communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and project managers

Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems on-site quickly and efficiently

Order and track materials and tools as needed to avoid delays

Maintain accurate daily job logs, time tracking, and progress reports

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in residential construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Deep knowledge of residential building methods, codes, and materials

Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Comfortable using smartphones / tablets for jobsite documentation and communication

OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred

Must be able to work independently and take ownership of jobsite performance
