What You'll Do :
Design, implement, and maintain MECM and Intune environments for device provisioning, patching, software deployment, and complianceManage and support Dell endpoint devices including imaging, BIOS configuration, driver management, and hardware lifecycleCollaborate with internal customers to gather and define technical requirements for endpoint solutionsWork closely with external vendors and support partners to resolve issues, manage escalations, and coordinate service deliveryDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including build guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articlesMonitor and report on endpoint compliance, performance, and security postureParticipate in IT projects involving endpoint management, security enhancements, and user experience improvementsProvide 3rd line support for complex endpoint-related incidents and requestsWhat You'll Need :
Proven experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM) and Microsoft IntuneStrong knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365Hands-on experience with Dell enterprise devices, including BIOS configuration and driver managementFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.Experience working in enterprise IT environments with structured change and incident management processesAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Autopilot, Co-management, and Conditional AccessKnowledge of Windows Autopatch, Defender for Endpoint, and BitLocker managementITIL Foundation certification or equivalent understanding of IT service managementExperience with external vendor management and contractor coordinationYour Education :
