A company is looking for an HR Benefit & Compliance Lead - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee benefits administration and compliance across multiple states, including liaising with brokers and carriers
Oversee FMLA / ADA / leave of absence processes and maintain accurate HRIS data integrity
Ensure compliance with ACA regulations and manage unemployment insurance claims and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration and HR compliance
3+ years of experience with multi-state unemployment insurance claims
Demonstrated experience with UKG (Pro / Core) for benefits and leave tracking
Working knowledge of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws
