Job Description

The Brand Media & Product Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting both brand media buying and product marketing initiatives. This position ensures smooth execution of media contract and proposal processes, while also contributing to the development and organization of product marketing communications. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Brand Media Buy Support

• Support the Senior Brand Media Buyer throughout the media buying lifecycle : from strategic planning and vendor selection to negotiation and execution.

Contract Management

Proposal Support

Finance

Product Marketing Support

Qualifications Include

Experience

Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Brand Media and Product Marketing Coordinator competently.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative coordination, contract management, competitive research or a similar role.
