Position – Deburring Operator

Job Location – Chippewa Falls, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – Weekends (5 : 45am-6 : 15pm. Friday through Sunday)

Starting Pay – $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Depending on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma / GED

Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience in high-volume manufacturing setting

We are seeking a Deburring Operator to oversee the preparation and operation of deburring and tapping machines, ensuring smooth production processes and high-quality output. This role involves setting up specialized tools and equipment, troubleshooting as needed, and supporting team operations by assigning tasks or stepping in as a leader when required. Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare deburring and tapping machines by installing, aligning, and adjusting tooling and equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
• Analyze machine or process issues using schedules and instructions, implementing effective solutions to maintain quality and productivity.
• Monitor and improve production workflows by ensuring materials, packaging, and resources are properly available and of high quality at all stages.
• Conduct inspections to approve jobs, perform periodic quality checks, and train operators in inspection techniques and machine operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, assist with equipment upkeep, and document all production activities accurately and promptly.
