Director Of Operations (Englewood)

Schmidt Facial Plastic Surgery, a state-of-the-art plastic surgery practice located in Englewood, Colorado is seeking a growth-focused, innovative Director of Operations to play an integral role in driving the implementation of an expansion strategy executing the growth plans for the practice. Led by Dr. Jeffrey Schmidt, an award-winning, double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, were a highly collaborative team that provides our patients with world-class cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures as well as non-surgical facial rejuvenation services. Dr. Schmidts proven results and our teams dedication to top-notch patient care allowed us to almost double our revenue from 2019 to 2021, with sustained growth ensuing years as we continue to build our team and serve more patients throughout Colorado.

The Director of Operations will be a proven leader who will take initiative and implement strategies to grow the practice, serve as the top professional on the business and operations side of the house, and partner with team to ensure that the office runs as smoothly as the operating room.
