Field Service Engineer Blow Mold Machinery - Pembroke Pines, FL Support customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain Blow Mold equipment at customer sites; generate service revenue; and adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements. Key Roles : Build credibility and trust with customers by conducting pro-active customer visits. Support identification and resolution of customer issues, following appropriate escalation process. Understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment. Diagnose and resolve electrical, automation, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems. Performs all administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventative maintenance and installation documents, site and service documentation, and other related paperwork.
