Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Financial Professional to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in understanding their insurance options.

You will leverage your sales skills to promote various insurance products, ensuring clients receive the best coverage tailored to their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of insurance.

Duties Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Educate clients on different insurance products, including health, life, auto, and property insurance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

Negotiate terms of policies and ensure that all documentation is accurately completed.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies for outreach.

Assist in sales administration tasks, including maintaining client records and processing applications.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations, including HIPAA compliance.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall service delivery.

Provide multilingual support to clients as needed.

Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.

Familiarity with benefits administration and sales processes is a plus.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our community.
