Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound and outbound calls while ensuring timely and accurate documentation of information
Process orders, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain necessary authorizations for patient equipment
Educate patients on financial responsibilities and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
Two years of work-related experience required for senior level, including one year of exact job experience
Experience with Medicare certified tasks is preferred
Proficient in using online EMR systems and Microsoft Office
