Senior Designer Job at Archinect in Greenville

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept to final installation

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and lifestyle needs

Develop mood boards, material palettes, presentations, and construction drawings

Oversee space planning, furniture layouts and finishes

Sourcing products and materials needed for the project

Coordinate with architects, contractors and vendors

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and on-site mock-ups

Mentor junior design staff and provide constructive feedback

Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Assisting with meetings (taking notes, measurements, etc.) and photo shoots as needed

Create 3D designs and renderings

Job Requirements

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Chief Architect and / or Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, in addition to the ability to work independently. Extremely detail oriented.

Strong understanding of construction documents.

Prefer at least three (3) years of design experience within the luxury market
