Job Summary

The Product Manager, Healthcare Data Interoperability will drive strategy, product development, and go-to-market execution for healthcare data connectivity solutions. This role combines technical understanding, commercial strategy, and thought leadership to shape next-generation interoperability offerings that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development :

Monitor advancements in healthcare technology, data management, and analytics to identify trends that provide strategic value.

Lead initiatives to adopt emerging technologies that enhance process transformation for healthcare clients.

Partner with customers and sales to understand challenges, identify product improvement opportunities, and communicate design requirements.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to drive adoption and collaboration across internal teams.

Analyze market trends and stakeholder behavior to identify new product opportunities and generate innovation roadmaps.

Go-to-Market Strategy :

Define customer journeys and develop targeted communication strategies for physicians, administrators, and patient groups.

Design and execute promotional campaigns and sales materials aligned to audience needs.

Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and internal education teams to drive product adoption and awareness.

Partner with Medical Affairs and Public Affairs to build thought leadership and advocacy content.

Commercial Support and Tracking :

Work closely with commercial teams to create lead generation strategies and ensure follow-up actions.

Evaluate performance and market share to adjust strategies and tactics.

Serve as a product expert supporting field teams with demos, presentations, and client engagement.

Oversee conference participation and develop symposia or presentation materials.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or product management.

Experience in medical device or healthcare software industries.

Demonstrated success in strategic marketing, business development, or market expansion initiatives.

Proven cross-functional leadership and collaboration experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SaaS or data interoperability experience in a healthcare setting.

Experience managing KOL relationships and influencer programs.

Strong knowledge of market research, analytics, and commercialization planning .

Proven success in project management and executing multiple initiatives concurrently.

Deep curiosity, creativity, and customer empathy in addressing user challenges.
