Whether it's a suspension refresh, a diagnostic puzzle, or precision maintenance, they need a tech who can work independently, communicate clearly, and leave no bolt behind.
What's in it for you?
$40–$60 / hour - flat rate – With top techs clearing $125K+
4-day workweek – Tuesday through Friday, 7AM–6PM (yes, your weekends are yours!)

What they're looking for :
Experience with European makes (BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi, newer Land Rovers)
3+ years of experience preferred, but raw skill and hustle matter most
Confidence in diagnostics, maintenance, and suspension work
A clean work ethic and professional appearance
Someone who works well solo but plays nice with the team
