About the Role :

Join Guardian Residential Services LLC as an LPN on the Night Shift 1 : 1 in Haymarket, VA, where you will provide personalized care and support to our residents. Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status.
• Provide emotional and physical support to residents during night shifts.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements :

• Current LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a residential or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Flexible availability for night shifts and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
