Information Technology Project Coordinator

Links Technology is seeking a driven IT Project Manager to join our client's Pharma / Biotech team in Tarrytown, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level project manager to coordinate and support key IT infrastructure projects . The ideal candidate will be a highly organized "doer" who excels at managing schedules, facilitating team communication, and ensuring project milestones are met in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager :

• Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure everything stays on schedule and within budget.
• Track and report on project progress, proactively identifying and communicating any risks or issues to stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and other Agile / Scrum ceremonies to ensure clear communication and alignment across the project team.
• Support the project team by managing documentation, coordinating with third-party vendors, and resolving logistical challenges.
• Communicate project status updates effectively to both technical team members and business stakeholders.
