Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM & G&A roles, focusing on Marketing and Sales talent
Build high-performing teams to enhance talent density and achieve ambitious hiring goals
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process while ensuring a standout candidate experience
Required Qualifications
8+ years of recruiting experience, with a mix of agency and in-house preferred
Proven success in building GTM & G&A teams, particularly in performance and growth marketing
Experience in a performance marketing agency is a significant advantage
Skilled in managing high-volume recruiting pipelines and full-cycle recruiting
Operationally sharp, with the ability to diagnose process bottlenecks and implement solutions quickly
