Responsibilities :
- Manage daily front-of-house operations, including service quality and guest experience
- Recruit, train, and supervise FOH staff
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth communication
- Handle customer relations, complaints, and service recovery
- Implement SOPs and maintain brand service standards
- Participate in 3 6 months training program in China (travel reimbursed)
Requirements :
Proven experience as FOH Manager or similar role in hospitality industryStrong leadership, customer service, and communication skillsBusiness-level proficiency in both Chinese and English languages as this role requires frequent communication with Chinese and English speaking stakeholdersFamiliar with Chinese dining culture and service etiquetteAbility to train, motivate, and manage multicultural teamsWillingness to travel abroad for training before opening
