Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including variance analysis, KPIs, and operational performance metrics. Drive forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Partner with operations, clinical, and executive leadership to evaluate financial trends and decision-making impact. Develop and maintain dashboards, models, and reporting tools to support real-time analysis. Collaborate with the existing team of financial analysts, bridging their work to executive leadership without directly managing them (initially). Support strategic initiatives such as new business opportunities, M&A evaluations, and margin optimisation projects. Act as a key resource for the CFO in board presentations, lender communications, and investor updates. Build the foundation to transition into a Financial Analyst Manager (leading a team) or Controller (technical financial reporting focus) as the finance team evolves.

Compensation : $115,000 - $190,000 Annual Salary

Position Description :
We are looking for a knowledgeable Lead Financial Analyst for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Toms River NJ. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Qualifications of the Lead Financial Analyst :
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA / CPA / CFA preferred)
- 5–8+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance (healthcare / SNF preferred)
- Expertise in forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills; effective with executives and stakeholders
- Adaptable, problem-solver, thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proven career progression with interest in leadership roles (manager / controller track)
