job_description.job_card.job_description$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience Growth opportunities in a supportive, family-oriented practice Friendly, close-knit team environment Ongoing training and continuing education opportunities Take and process dental X-rays (NJ X-ray certification required) Assist the dentist chairside during pediatric procedures Support behavior management and help create a positive experience for children Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms Manage and organize dental supplies and stock Provide warm, welcoming communication to parents and patients Positive attitude and professional demeanor Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a pediatric environment Excellent chairside assistance skills Ability to support children with patience and empathy A genuine smile and friendly presence with families At least 1 year of dental assisting experience in Pediatric Dentistry NJ Dental X-ray license BLS (Basic Life Support) certification $25-$30 / hour

You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team of three : our owner dentist, one administrative team member, and you as the clinical support. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, family-oriented environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel confident in the care we provide. If you’re looking to expand your skills while building meaningful connections with families in the community, this is the place for you.
Schedule / Hours : Full Time
- Monday – Thursday : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
- Saturday : 9 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM
