WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As our Automation & Systems Assistant , you will work directly with our HR / Operations Manager to support projects that make our business more efficient. You help test, build, and document systems so our team can work smarter, not harder. You may :

  • Assist in setting up automations using simple no-code tools (Zapier, Make, CRMs, etc.).
  • Help document workflows and keep processes organized.
  • Research new tools or AI solutions that improve efficiency.
  • Test and troubleshoot automations to ensure reliability.
  • Debug and correct automations when they break and create contingency plans.

    Requirements :

  • 1+ years of experience working with automation tools or business systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud-based business tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school senior, college student, or recent graduate with experience preferred.
