Billing Specialist - Behavioral Health Admin

Overview

The Billing Specialist will monitor daily activity and productivity and will also serve as the primary resource to staff and patients for questions related to billing.

Work Experience : Billing. Other Requirements Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices Knowledge of governmental legal and regulatory provisions related to collection activities Writes, reads, comprehends, and speaks fluent English Multicultural sensitivity Strong verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal skills Strong computer skills Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies, and procedures Ability to work as a team member.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $16.73per hour - $27.1per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
