Skills : Proficient in using roofing tools and equipment such as nail guns, shingle cutters, and safety harnesses. Physical Fitness : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights. Must be able to carry a 40 FT ladder; and may be required to lift up to 80 lbs. License / Certification : Valid driver's license (preferred) and any relevant certifications / licenses. Reliability : Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Communication : Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Job Description :
As an experienced roofer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of roofing systems.
Responsibilities :
- Installation : Install various types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofing systems, and other materials according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Repair : Identify and repair leaks, damaged shingles, and other roofing issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning gutters, replacing worn-out components, and inspecting roofs for potential issues.
- Safety : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Teamwork : Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Customer Service : Interact with customers professionally and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their roofing needs.
