Average Daily Census (ADC) : 17
400+ NICU Admissions Annually
Schedule :
Mix of 24-hour in-house shifts + 10-hour day shifts
Rotating, team-based coverage model
Core Responsibilities :
️ Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity NICU
️ Utilize advanced therapies including :
️ Collaborate within a multidisciplinary perinatal team
️ Mentor and teach medical students, Family Medicine residents, and upcoming OB / GYN residents
️ Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based neonatal practice
Team Structure :
