Department : ER | Position : RN\nLicense / Certs : IL RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNS or TNCC, NIHSS\nTrauma Level : Non-trauma; STEMI / Stroke ready; Cath lab (limited hours)\nBeds : 24 (includes 4 behavioral health safe rooms)\nVolume : 60–80 patients / day | All ages, wide variety of diagnoses\nRatios : 1 : 4–5 (adjusted by acuity / staffing)\nSupport : 24 / 7 security, RT on-call, ED techs (blood draws, EKG, vitals, wound care), charge RN (days), house supervisor (24 / 7)\nProcedures / Skills : Moderate sedation, lumbar puncture, critical care drips, must interpret cardiac monitors\nExperience : 3+ years ER, flexible with shift rotations; first-time travelers welcome\nShifts : 12 hr (7–7, 10–10, 11–11, 12–12, 7p–7a); weekend & holiday rotation\nFloating : Possible to MS, Tele, ICU (helping hands / full load if experienced)\nOther : No call; no separate fast track; triage within department; imaging nearby; techs / nurses draw labs\nScrubs : Solid professional colors\nOrientation : 2 x 12-hr shifts
