Delphi Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a solo provider in the Emergency Department at a low-volume hospital in Ogdensburg, NY . If you re confident in your skills, thrive in autonomous roles, and have a strong emergency medicine background, this position offers both professional independence and rewarding compensation

Position Highlights :

Hourly Rate : $115 / hour + $15 / hour quality bonus

Shifts : 12-hour shifts shifts per month

Annual Compensation : $200,000 $300,000

Patient Volume : 13,000 visits / year (low-volume ED)

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum of 4 years as a solo APP in an Emergency Department

Procedures : Must be proficient in central lines, intubation , and other ED procedures

Certifications : Current ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS (AHA only)

Location : In-person role at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, Ogdensburg, NY

Your Role :

Deliver high-quality, efficient emergency care independently

Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute conditions

Order / interpreting labs, imaging, and prescribe treatments

Educate patients and support discharge planning
