About The Role :

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Data Management team that builds and operates systems that move, process, aggregate, store, and analyze the company's most critical shared datasets. This role reports to the Director, Data Platform.

Where You Will Work :

This is a hybrid role and will require up to 3 days in Garner's New York City office.

What You Will Do :

• Provide technical leadership to design, build, and operate scalable, resilient, and secure data systems aligned with Garner's strategic mission
• Drive the development of a unified, world-class data platform that supports analytics, data science, product, and engineering needs
• Enforce rigorous data modeling and governance standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance
• Influence product and engineering roadmaps to ensure data systems interoperate within a cohesive ecosystem, and lead seamless system migrations as needed
• Champion user data privacy and security across all data initiatives
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture through hands-on leadership, mentorship, and talent development

What You Will Bring To The Team :

Compensation Transparency :

The target salary range for this position is $225,000 - $240,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to : flexible PTO, Medical / Dental / Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
