JOB SUMMARY / OBEJECTIVE : Play a crucial role in translating client requirements into accurate and visually compelling designs .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Utilize computer-aided design using Autodesk AutoCAD software to create detailed shop drawings and assembly instructions for frames and other fabricated structures.
• Interpret client specifications and accurately depict fully dimensioned frames based on provided information.
• Collaborate with others to propose design solutions when required.
• Develop complete sets of documentation, including comprehensive shop drawings and assembly instructions.
• Create 3D illustrations of the merchandise to enhance visual understanding. Participate in product development and projects as required, contributing to the design and improvement of various items.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and project managers.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
• Any other related task and / or responsibility assigned by supervisor.

COMPETENCES

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

No direct supervisory duties.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK :

This position might require long hours and occasional weekend work to follow up with specific projects assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS PREFERRED :

Associate's Degree (or other 2-year degree); one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High proficiency in CAD software
