Support external reporting and compliance. 3+ years in data analytics and database engineering. 2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerQuery, SQL, and Epic reporting tools like Cogito, SlicerDicer, Clarity. Epic Cogito Admin certification required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HIV / AIDS, STIs, TGNB care, and prevention strategies. Cultural competence and experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ communities. About The Role
Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive change? We are seeking a Data Analytics Engineer (DAE) to join our team, transforming complex clinical data from systems like Epic EHR into actionable insights. You will design, develop, and deploy data solutions, build our data warehouse, and champion data governance. Join us and make a difference!
Key Responsibilities
- Data Integration & Management :
Design and manage data pipelines from Epic and other systems.
Create dashboards and reports with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Work with infrastructure and data stewards to ensure data flow.
Stay updated on new data technologies.
Work Schedule
Full-time, with occasional evenings and weekends.
