Job Details
- Location : On-site in Bristol, PA preferred; remote considered for the right candidate
- Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Compensation : Competitive; based on experience
Compensation and Benefits
$75,000 (Depending on Experience and Qualifications)Full Benefits PackageWhat You’ll Be Doing
For the Real Estate / Property Management Portfolio :
Oversee operations for multiple commercial buildingsCoordinate rent collection and tenant communicationsSchedule repairs and routine maintenanceManage accounts payable (mortgage, taxes, loans, utilities, etc.)Perform monthly bank reconciliationsBe available (within reason) for urgent facility-related issuesFor a Healthcare Outsourcing Business (Dental Industry) :
Support 40+ active client accountsOversee invoicing and account updates using EvidentMaintain financial records and profitability metricsManage accounts payable / receivableReconcile bank transactions and manage cash flowUse QuickBooks and Excel to track and analyze performancePersonal Assistant & Executive Support :
Assist the business owner with various administrative and operational tasks across business and personal endeavorsHelp with ad-hoc projects, scheduling, follow-ups, and general supportWho You Are
