Multi Functional Manufacturing Planner Supervisor

You will be the Multi Functional Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for the Camden Operations team. Our team is responsible for supervising the Production Planning and Control function for Missiles and Fire Control. As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Production Planning and Control function, including Manufacturing Planning / Scheduling, Production Support, Product Support, and Production Systems. You will also be responsible for driving program continuous improvement through Production Management Teams. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Supervising the Production Planning and Control function
  • Leading Manufacturing Planning / Scheduling, Production Support, Product Support, and Production Systems
  • Driving program continuous improvement through Production Management Teams
  • Communicating effectively with all levels of management
  • Making effective decisions and working independently

Basic Qualifications :

  • Production Control, Logistics, Supply Chain or Shop Floor Control Experience
  • Experience communicating to all levels of Management
  • Experience with material flow principles
  • Experience with SAP or MRP equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make effective decisions
  • Leadership Experience
  • Strategic Thinking
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must possess the ability to obtain a Secret clearance

    • Desired Skills :

  • Component Assembly Experience
  • Knowledge of Detail Fabrication
  • 6S Oriented
  • SAP Warehouse Management
  • Time Management skills
  • Good Communication skills

    • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level : Secret.

  • Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
  • Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
