• Shift : We need someone to help us with 12 hour shifts either during the day or at night on the weekends is the biggest need.
• No Call.
• No OT.
• Cases : Bread and butter, endo, general, ortho, maybe spine, pediatrics (only if desired). No OB.
• Supervision : 1 : 3 or 1 : 4.
• How many anesthesia rooms are on site : 25.
• Practice Model for each location # Physicians.
• EPIC Charting.
• Credentialing : 45 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
