About the Role

We are seeking a UX Designer and Merchandising Specialist to oversee the presentation, usability, and optimization of our Shopify storefront. This role will ensure our customers experience a seamless and inspiring journeyfrom discovery to checkout. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Shopify, is driven by data and conversion optimization, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. This role requires both creative and analytical thinking, a keen eye for detail, and a heart for serving customers through excellent digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of proven experience managing Shopify stores, with strong knowledge of its features and capabilities.
• Familiarity with UI / UX principles and e-commerce conversion optimization best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or other e-commerce analytics platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understand how AI integrates into your position.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
• Alignment with the mission and values of The Daily Grace Co.
