Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the organization, maintenance, and security of the firm's databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities include data entry, cleaning, and validation.
Gather data from a variety of sources such as surveys, customer feedback, and other methods. Perform data analysis, derive insights, and generate clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
Validate and review datasets to ensure they are accurate and complete. Develop and enforce quality control processes to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data. Work with team members to maintain data consistency across different systems.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of data management policies, ensuring compliance with regulations. This includes developing data governance strategies, privacy protocols, and retention policies.
Partner with teams across departments such as marketing, IT, and others to understand data needs and objectives. Support data projects, provide expert advice on data management best practices, and ensure that data is utilized effectively to achieve business goals.
Required Skills :
Ability to analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Experience with statistical tools and data analysis software.
High level of accuracy in data entry, validation, and management. Excellent organizational skills to handle large datasets effectively.
Experience working with database management software (e.g., Salesforce). Able to extract, manipulate, and query data for analysis.
Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues. Demonstrated initiative in improving data management processes and systems.
Ability to convey complex data findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data usage.
