Group Sales Coordinator

Purpose of Position : A Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for group sales managers and other sales staff members. The Group Sales Coordinator has strong organizational and communication skills, is self-motivated, and can prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities :
Group Sales Team Support :Monitor lead referral channels (Cvent and direct inquires), build bookings, review availability, and prepare proposals on behalf of all sales managers for final reviewSupport initial and ongoing contact with clients to secure businessAssist in prospecting and company research to support sales efforts collectivelyRelationship Management :Coordinate group sales resort services offeringsSupport sales managers with familiarization tours and client site visits at our conference properties or resort day lodgesPerform targeted, proactive prospecting efforts through Knowland database to identify, qualify, and initiate contact with organizations or planners that fit the hotel's group sales objectives (e.g. corporate retreats, ski groups, weddings, conferences) via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.Administrative Support & Database Management :Support all group lift tickets fulfillment and printing via RTPSupport with client database management (Delphi / Salesforce) and assist sales managers in selling initiatives within Delphi / SalesforceManage accounts and bookings within Delphi / Salesforce, Maestro, and NORM property management system while maintaining our property system usage standards in Delphi / SalesforceManage the inbound lead process, including building out bookings and proposals for sales manager reviewCheck group availability and blocking of rooms within Delphi / Salesforce and MaestroSupport the creation of group sales electronic proposals (sendsites.com), contracts, and amendments within Delphi / SalesforceManage, facilitate, and distribute newsletter, and promotional offerings on behalf of sales teamParticipate in group sales team training as directed and requiredOther duties as assignedQualifications :
Strong organization and communication skillsSkiing experience preferredPrevious travel, hospitality, and / or ski industry sales experience preferredExperience with Salesforce, Delphi, Maestro, MS Office, Teams & RTP, Cvent, and KnowlandMust be available for a varied work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and additional hours and days as workload dictatesThis position requires work to be performed in person and onsite in Park City, UT Monday Friday 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm.
Dates of employment : Year Round
Pay rate : $45,760 annually Participation in annual incentive program
