About the Position : This role offers the flexibility of being primarily remote while also requiring in-person coverage of depositions and legal proceedings. The position reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities :

Assisting with live Prevail depositions / sessions, which include :

• Recording on Prevail platform
• Deposition Read on / Swearing in Witness
• Marking and maintaining Exhibits
• Monitoring and managing the session
• Assisting any sessions with technical / administrative needs

Required Qualifications :

Compensation :

Appearance Fee : $50-75 per hour; Page Rate : TBD.

The range is based on several factors, including geographical location, level of experience, relevant skills, and knowledge.
