Position Summary : We are seeking a results driven and articulate Project Manager to lead and support enterprise wide AI and modernization initiatives. This role is critical to the success of the CoreMod program which is seeking to expedite its work delivery and alleviate SME gap by leveraging advanced AI / ML technologies to transform legacy systems and enhance data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in project management, a solid understanding of AI / ML, and a polished, engaging communication style that inspires confidence and drives alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

7 years of project management experience in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts, including model lifecycle, data pipelines, and evaluation metrics. Proven experience managing AI ML or data science projects. Prior experience within NYL is a plus. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to speak with finesse and clarity, adapting tone and content to suit executive, technical, and cross-functional audiences. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
