The chosen candidate will develop expertise with our CRM and marketing platforms essential for event execution, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, CVENT, and Zoom. Comfort with a fast-paced work environment and capability to manage multiple priorities is essential.
Responsibilities : Support general maintenance of the event registration platform (CVENT and integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot)
Collaborate firm-wide to plan events aligned with requirements, audience, and objectives
Develop target audiences per criteria and distribute invitations via email or physical mail
Monitor event progress and ensure all milestones are achieved
Generate reports to assess event performance
Establish registration sites and oversee registration processes
Coordinate contact updates for event participants with sales and service teams
Manage marketing email inboxes related to event communications
Oversee event schedules and deliverables
Identify suitable venues throughout the U.S., negotiate venue contracts covering food, beverage, space, and additional support as needed
Arrange IT / audio-visual services through venues or third-party providers
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations
Attend events as required to supervise logistics and ensure smooth operation
Maintain the marketing events calendar
Distribute post-event surveys and evaluations
Provide project assistance to the marketing team, including social media and SEO tasks
Requirements : Minimum two years of experience in marketing or project management
Bachelor's degree required
Genuine interest in understanding how our marketing systems work and ability to learn quickly.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, CVENT, or equivalent marketing platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Competence managing event budgets and negotiating vendor contracts
Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and dedication to high-quality work
Willingness to travel as necessary
The position is based primarily at the Wilton, CT office. We are currently on a hybrid schedule. The standard expectation is in-office attendance from Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
Base pay range $75,000.00 / yr - $85,000.00 / yr
