Position Title : Platform Specialist (eCommerce)

Location : Itasca, IL (5 x Week Onsite)

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000 / Annually

Job Type : Full-Time | Exempt

We are currently searching for an experienced Platform Specialist to join our marketing team. This position will help manage and execute a variety of B2B and B2C internet initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

This role is responsible for developing and supporting multiple online initiatives. Key duties include :

Coordinating product set-up and managing product information (copy, images, videos) across B2B and B2C websites.
Monitoring sales performance and providing data-driven recommendations to management on product selections and inventory adjustments.
Assisting with marketing efforts, such as crafting and sending customer emails and maintaining a strong social media presence.
Adjusting website presentation to improve sales and enhance user experience.
Supporting additional web projects, ensuring content on corporate and sales websites is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years’ experience developing and coordinating B2B and B2C internet activities.

Experience with Shopify preferred.

Highly motivated, self-reliant, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong math aptitude, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Photoshop, HTML, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Bachelor’s degree in Business and / or Marketing.

Demonstrated personal integrity and ethical behavior.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interpret documents, write reports and correspondence, and communicate professionally with internal and external customers.

Must be able to work in the office five days per week.
