Job Description : About the Role
Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our recruiting process ensuring smooth interview coordination, exceptional candidate experience, and operational support for our global team of Recruiters and Sourcers. You will report directly to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling for multiple Recruiters and Sourcers, including high-volume video interviews, on-site meetings, and complex multi-layered interview arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Manage all interview logistics, including communication with candidates and hiring teams, interview debrief scheduling, and follow-up.
- Assist with operational activities such as posting job advertisements, processing legal documents, and supporting special projects as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications
Written Communication & Resume Formatting Strong attention to detail and ability to format documents professionally.Calendar Management Experience 0 3 years of experience (including internships) with frequent scheduling responsibilities.Education High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred Qualifications
Passion for recruitment and / or delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Prior customer service experience with a focus on relationship-building.Skills & Competencies
