Position Overview :
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) CAGE Program Office by ensuring that all registration and validation activities meet the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. This role involves applying quality management principles to monitor , analyze, and improve CAGE code registration processes in alignment with DLA and DoD performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan for CAGE code registration processes.Apply standard QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to identify , track, and correct process or production errors.Establish and monitor key performance indicators ( KPIs ) related to registration accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established quality control procedures.Assist in the design and execution of data-driven reports, analyzing trends and recommending corrective actions.Collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to ensure continuous quality improvement.Maintain documentation and participate in internal and external audits related to quality assurance and registration compliance.Required Qualifications :
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant quality assurance experience.Demonstrated ability to apply QA tools and best practices to identify process deficiencies and assess production efficiency.Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with reporting and data tracking tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Relevant quality assurance certification from a nationally recognized authority.Desired Skills and Certifications :
Working knowledge of quality management methodologies such as Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Total Productive Maintenance ( TPM ).Additional certifications through the American Society for Quality ( ASQ ) or equivalent preferred.Experience supporting federal contracts or DLA programs is a plus.About S2i2
