Job Overview
The LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair) Program Supervisor is part of the LP1 Environmental compliance team, providing technical leadership in developing, implementing, and maintaining LDAR programs. This role requires collaboration, creativity, and resilience to ensure environmental compliance and minimize emissions from industrial facilities.

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.33 - $58.89 per hour, depending on experience, education, skills, and location. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses, comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), pension, medical / dental / vision, flexible spending, life insurance, paid leave, and well-being programs. Lilly reserves the right to modify these programs as needed.
