StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a private, physician-owned dermatology group in Arkansas (AR) to recruit a Mohs Micrographic Surgeon to anchor and scale a busy skin-cancer program. The platform includes an on-site ASC, in-house Mohs lab / dermatopathology, and experienced surgical support so you can focus on surgery, reconstruction, and outcomes.

Perks and Benefits :

• Total income tied to collections (45-50%) ; $1M+ realistic at strong volumes; modeled up to $1.45M+
• Up to $100k sign-on
• 500-700 Mohs cases in Year 1 with trajectory toward 1,000
• Partnership path (Mohs only) with potential to acquire equity (up to 49%)
• 4-5 day schedule , very light call
• Efficient ops : on-site ASC + Mohs lab + dermpath , Emma EMR, scribes
