Hospital is looking for an fulltime CRNA from August 5 - Nov 15.

Practice Setting : Hospital Based

Documentation System / EMR : EPIC

CRNA will be Supervised by Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day : 1-15

Average Number of Pain Management Cases : 0

Trauma Level / Designation : Level 1 Trauma Center

Annual ER Volume : (OR volume 13,000 cases per year)

Description of OR Staff : physician, anesthesiologist, CRNA, Nursing staff

Number of Operating Rooms : 11 ORs on main, 4 on south and medical imaging as well

Patient Age Demographic : Pediatric-Adolescent

Procedures Required :

General Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC, Neurosurgical Cases, Ventilation Management(Intraop Only)

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days

• Board Certified - AANA only - Required
• BLS / PALS - Required
• Active OH license - Required, not accepting IMLC
• Accepting new grads, peds experience preferred
• Covid Vaccinated - Required
• Local provider (mileage reimbursement) - Highly preferred
