• Provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients homes wound care, catheter management, med management, diabetic care, and more.\n
• Perform thorough assessments and build personalized care plans that actually work for the patient (not just the chart).\n
• Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity no medical jargon overload.\n
• Document efficiently using a user-friendly EMR (because you have better things to do than fight with software).\n
